I was a bit skeptical about an uncoated pan, but after a few weeks of daily use, the stainless steel surface is holding up beautifully and cleaning is genuinely effortless with just hot water. The 28 cm size is perfect for tossing vegetables or searing a large fish fillet without crowding.

Heats up evenly and the 28 cm surface handles a full batch of pancakes without crowding. Only gripe is the handle gets warm if you leave it on the burner too long, but it's manageable with an oven mitt. Solid pan for everyday cooking.

The 28 cm diameter is perfect for family-sized meals, and the uncoated surface sears meat beautifully without any fuss. Only slight gripe is it needs a bit more oil than my old nonstick pan, but the even heat distribution makes up for it.
