Alpstein 黑色霧面鑄鐵電磁爐起司火鍋套組 Ø 24 公分

The matte black cast iron is a real stunner on the table, and the induction compatibility is exactly why I picked this set. We used it last night and the pot held the heat beautifully, plus it was surprisingly easy to clean.

This set handled our first cheese fondue of the season perfectly—the 24 cm pot kept everything bubbling gently on the gas stove without scorching. The cast iron is heavy but distributes heat so evenly that we didn’t have to stir constantly.

The matte black finish hides fingerprints beautifully, and the cast iron heats evenly on my induction hob for a proper, steady simmer. Cleanup is a breeze since the pot goes straight in the dishwasher, though I do hand-wash the lid to be safe.
