感應式起司火鍋組 Alpina Ø 23 公分

The induction base heats up so evenly that the cheese never scorches, even when I left it on medium for a while. The caquelon feels beautifully balanced when lifted, not too heavy.

The 23 cm pot is the perfect size for a group of four, and the polished stainless steel design looks great on the table. It heated evenly on my induction cooktop, which I was worried about, and the included burner works flawlessly.

I was pleasantly surprised that the induction-compatible base works perfectly on my glass-top stove, no hot spots. The pot feels solid and the 23 cm size is just right for two couples. Only wish the set included a few more forks.
