Schale Chalet Ø 29 cm

The stone is just the right size for a cozy dinner for two, and the heat retention keeps the cheese bubbling long after the burner goes out. Cleanup was surprisingly easy too, considering how much we dripped on it.

Hosted a raclette night for six and the 29 cm surface gave everyone plenty of room without feeling crowded. The heat stays even across the whole pan, so cheese melts perfectly every time. Cleanup was quick too, the non-stick did its job.

Used this for a raclette dinner party last weekend and the 29 cm size was perfect for fitting four small pans at once. The heat distribution felt even across the whole surface, which made for perfectly melted cheese every time. Definitely glad I picked this up for cozy winter nights.
