Raclette-Pfännchen

The little pans heat up so evenly, perfect for melting cheese without burning the bottom. I love how the wooden handles stay cool while cooking, and cleanup is a breeze with the non-stick surface.

I've had similar raclette pans before that were flimsy, but these are much sturdier and the handles stay cool to the touch. The non-stick coating works well and makes cleanup quick.

I was pleasantly surprised by the non-stick coating on the small pans, as it made cleaning up after melted cheese super easy. The handles stay cool enough to hold comfortably, which was a big win for our dinner party.
