The 3-litre capacity is just right for cooking pasta sauce for the whole family, and the pan’s weight feels well-balanced in my hand. Cleanup has been a breeze so far, which is a huge plus for me.

The 24 cm diameter heats evenly across the base, which makes sauces less likely to scorch. Lid fits snugly and the handle stays cool enough to grab without a mitt. Only wish it came with a helper handle for the heavier full pot.
