The wide 24 cm base heats evenly across the whole surface, making sauces and soups cook consistently without hot spots. I especially like how the thick glass lid fits snugly to lock in steam for tender braises. For a daily workhorse pot, it feels remarkably solid and well-balanced in the hand.

I’ve been using this 6-litre pot for a few weeks now, and the even heat distribution across the 24 cm base is really noticeable when I’m simmering soups. The thick stainless steel feels solid, but it’s not too heavy to handle even when full.

The lid seals tightly enough that I can actually hear the pressure release when I open it after cooking soup. It’s noticeably heavier than my old pots, but the heat distribution seems much more even.
