I’ve been using this mini pan for solo cheese melts and it cleans up way faster than any full-size raclette set I’ve owned. The nonstick surface is genuinely good—nothing stuck after three uses.

This little pan heats up so evenly, perfect for melting cheese right at the table without any scorching. I love that it’s compact enough to use for a solo dinner but still feels sturdy in hand. Cleanup is quick too, which is always a win.

It does the job perfectly for a single portion of raclette, and the compact size means it doesn’t clutter my small kitchen. Only wish the handle got a bit less hot during longer sessions, but that’s a minor trade-off for how quick it heats up.
