The blade keeps its edge beautifully after weeks of daily chopping, and the handle feels solid even when my hands are wet. It’s become the first knife I grab out of the block every time.

Picked this up to replace my old herb chopper and I’m genuinely surprised how comfortable the red handle feels even after mincing a big batch of garlic. The two blades handle everything from parsley to nuts without slipping.

The red handle is a nice pop of color in my utensil drawer, and the curved blade really does make chopping herbs in one rock motion feel effortless. It’s sharp out of the box, though I wish it came with a blade guard for storage.
