起司火鍋組 電磁爐 鑄鐵 紅色 阿爾卑斯牧場 Ø 24 公分

The cast iron distributes heat so evenly that the cheese melted perfectly without any burning at the bottom. I love that it's compatible with induction too, which my old set definitely wasn't.

I was pleasantly surprised by how quickly the induction burner brought the cheese to a smooth, even simmer. The cast iron heat retention kept it bubbling perfectly throughout the whole meal.

I was a bit skeptical about using an induction fondue set, but this cast iron pot heats up incredibly evenly and the cheese stays perfectly melted the whole meal. The 24 cm size is just right for two people with plenty of leftover sauce.
