ICED Santoku knife

This knife feels incredibly well-balanced in my hand—the blade glides through onions without any resistance. It's been a solid upgrade from my old set, and the edge is still sharp after a week of heavy use.

I've been using this santoku for a couple weeks now and it's honestly the sharpest knife I own straight out of the box. The handle feels perfectly balanced in my hand, even during a long veggie prep session.

Cuts well enough for most tasks, but the blade doesn't hold its edge as long as I'd hoped after a few weeks of regular use. The handle feels balanced, though I wish it had a bit more heft for chopping through squash.
