ICED Cuchillo para pelar

This little knife fits my hand perfectly and kept its edge through a whole week of meal prep. It’s been a great workhorse for trimming and slicing.

The blade glides through tomatoes without crushing them, which is exactly what I needed for daily prep. It's got that solid, precise feel you'd expect from a Swiss-made knife, and the handle sits comfortably in my hand.

It does the job, and the blade stays sharp for a while, but the handle feels a bit small in my hand, especially when peeling a lot of apples. Arrived well-packaged, though I wish the edge guard was included.
