ICED Couteau d'office

This little knife holds an edge incredibly well right out of the box. I've been using it for everything from trimming veggies to slicing a mango, and it feels perfectly balanced in my hand.

I was pleasantly surprised by how well-balanced this small knife feels in my hand—the blade is sharp enough for everyday prep, and the colorful coating adds a nice touch to my kitchen. It’s become my go-to for dicing garlic and herbs.

The blade is sharp enough for everyday peeling, but the handle feels a bit plasticky in my hand. It’s a decent paring knife for the price, though I expected a slightly sturdier build for the color line. Works fine for basic kitchen tasks.
