At 26x36 cm this board gives me plenty of room to chop a whole meal without crowding. The bamboo feels solid and hasn't warped after weeks of daily use, and a quick wipe is all it needs to look good as new.

The bamboo surface is noticeably gentler on my knives than the plastic board I used for years, and it barely shows cut marks after a couple months of daily dinner prep. At 26 x 36 cm it's roomy enough for a whole chicken plus veggies without hogging the counter.

Wasn't sure a board this size would fit my tiny counter, but 26 x 36 cm turned out to be just right for prepping onions and carrots without dragging out the big one. It's holding up well after a few weeks of daily chopping and rinses.
