The handle stays cool even when the pot is simmering for a while, which is a huge plus for me. It holds a good amount for a family soup, and the lid fits snugly. I’m really happy with how solid and well-made it feels.

I’ve been using this 3.0 L insulated basket for my weeknight stews, and the heat retention is impressive—my soup stays hot for well over an hour after pulling it off the stove. The handle stays surprisingly cool to the touch, which makes carrying it to the table much easier than my old pots.
