木抹刀 雪絨花

The beechwood is noticeably smoother than my old plastic utensils, and the angled spatula head gets under scrambled eggs perfectly without scratching my non-stick pan.

The handle has a nice ergonomic feel that makes stirring sauces much more comfortable than my old metal spoons. The wood grain on this one is really smooth and looks great hanging on my utensil rack.

The tapered wooden spatula slides through thick batter like a dream, and it’s held up beautifully through daily use and a few accidental dishwasher trips. I’ve baked with it almost every weekend since it arrived, and the finish hasn’t cracked or warped one bit.
