Essential 塗油刷

The angled head on this brush gets into the corners of my roasting pan way better than the straight one I had before. Silicone means I can use it for hot glazes without worrying, and it rinses clean in seconds. Been reaching for it every time I roast veggies now.

The silicone bristles don't soak up sauce the way my old brush did, so cleanup is just a quick rinse. It's also held up fine through the dishwasher a few times now.

The brush head feels well-balanced in my hand, and the bristles don't shed after a few washes, which is my usual gripe with cheaper ones. It’s become my go-to for glazing roasted veggies and keeping pastry tops shiny.
