ESSENTIAL Allzweck-Reibe medium

I was pleasantly surprised by how lightweight and easy to handle this grater feels while slicing veggies for my salad. The medium holes work perfectly for both cheese and carrots without any clogging.

The grating surface on this medium grater is perfectly sized for both cheese and vegetables, and the handle stays comfortable even after a lot of use. It makes quick work of prepping ingredients.

I was surprised at how sharp the grating teeth are—zested a whole lemon in seconds with almost no effort. It's also light enough to keep in the drawer without taking up space.
