EASY PRO 燒烤煎鍋 Ø 28 x 28 公分

The squared shape fits my stovetop perfectly and holds more than a round pan. Cleanup was surprisingly easy after cooking salmon, just a quick wipe.

Heating up so quickly and evenly is a game changer for searing meat, and the 28cm surface gives me plenty of room without overcrowding. Cleanup is a breeze too, just a quick wipe with a paper towel.

The square shape is actually perfect for getting four grilled sandwiches done at once. I’ve used it a few times now and can see it’ll be a solid workhorse, though the handle does get warmer than I expected during longer cooking sessions.
