DUROMATIC®/DUROTHERM® TIMAX Vis de soupape

The lid fits so snugly I barely need steam venting, and the handles stay cool even on high heat. Slightly heavy to lift when full, but that solid feel is exactly what I wanted for slow braises.

Finally, a saucepan set that actually heats evenly across the bottom — no more burnt edges. The lid on the stockpot fits so snugly it barely lets any steam escape, which makes a real difference for soups. Definitely worth the upgrade from my old non-stick set.

The handle stays cool even after simmering for an hour, which is a nice safety touch. Only wish the smallest pot had a pour spout built in, but otherwise solid cookware.
