DUROMATIC®/DUROTHERM® 不鏽鋼萬用鍋 Ø 19 公分

I was pleasantly surprised by how evenly this stainless steel pan heats, even on my induction cooktop. The handle stays cool during cooking, which makes it much safer to handle. Definitely a solid addition to my kitchen.

I was skeptical about spending this much on a 19cm strainer, but the stainless steel feels really solid and the fine holes catch even tiny seeds perfectly. It’s become my go-to for rinsing quinoa and draining pasta for one.

The 19cm size is perfect for my daily omelets and small sauces, and the stainless steel heats very evenly. The only small thing is that the handle gets a bit warm during longer cooking sessions, but it's nothing a quick mitt can't solve. Overall, a solid workhorse that feels built to last.
