I’ve been using this for a few weeks now and the larger handle makes it much easier to grip and lock securely, even with one hand. Cooks beans in about a third of the time my old pot did.

The 3.5-liter capacity is perfect for my small family, and the pressure valve locks securely every time. The stainless steel feels robust, and the steam release is much quieter than my old model.

I was a bit skeptical about the side handles, but they make lifting this 3.5L pot so much easier and steadier than the two-handed models I’ve used before. The 20 cm diameter is perfect for fitting a whole chicken without touching the sides. Definitely feels like a quality build.
