DUROMATIC® BRINOX/HOTEL 多閥保護蓋

This little cap fits perfectly on my pressure cooker pot and the multi-valve design means I don't have to fiddle with a separate weight anymore. The Swiss engineering shows in how snugly it seals while still letting steam release cleanly.

I was a little worried about the fit, but the multi-valve design sits perfectly on my pot lid and the pop-up action is crisp every time. It’s a small thing, but it makes cooking with a pressure cooker feel way less fiddly during long braises.

The valve pops open and closed with a satisfying click, which makes pressure release way less fiddly than my old lid. Fits my pots snugly and I don’t have to wrestle with it mid-cooking anymore.
