CULINARY FORGED 牛排刀組 4件

Cut through ribeye like butter right out of the box, and the ergonomic handles give a secure grip even with wet hands. The set's weight feels substantial without being heavy, which I appreciate during longer meals.

I was pleasantly surprised by the ergonomic handle on this set—it really does make carving roasts feel effortless. The blades arrived incredibly sharp and have held their edge well through several dinners.

The blades are sharp enough for most steaks, but the handles feel a bit lightweight compared to my old knives. They get the job done without any fuss, though I expected a slightly more substantial grip.
