CULINARY FORGED Set à trancher

The blade on this carving set holds its edge beautifully—slice through a roast chicken and it comes out clean, no sawing. The ergonomic handle feels balanced in my hand, and the included scissors handle herb prep in seconds. Exactly what I wanted from a Swiss-made kit.

The set comes with the scissors which I didn't expect and they're actually sharp enough for kitchen use. The colorful handles make them easy to spot in a crowded drawer too.

I’ve been using this slicing set for a few weeks now and the blades really keep their edge through multiple meals. My only small complaint is that the handles feel a bit slick when wet, but overall it’s a solid upgrade from my old knives.
