CULINARY FORGED Couteau de chef petit

It's surprisingly light in the hand but still feels solid when chopping herbs. The blade keeps its edge well after a month of daily use.

Wasn't sure a small chef's knife would replace my bigger one, but the blade came razor-sharp right out of the box and holds its edge through daily veg prep. The handle feels secure even when my hands are wet.
