CULINARY FORGED 相思木刀座組 8件組

The blades came incredibly sharp out of the box, easily slicing through a tomato without any pressure. I also appreciate how comfortable the handles feel even after chopping for a while.

The acacia wood block looks great on my counter and the knives feel well-balanced in hand. They hold an edge nicely, though I wish the block had a slot for a honing steel.

The knife block takes up very little counter space, which I appreciate in my small kitchen. The blades arrived sharp and have held their edge reasonably well over the first month, though I wish the largest chef's knife had a slightly longer handle for my hand.
