CULINARY FIVEPLY 燉鍋無塗層 Ø 28 cm

I was pleasantly surprised by how comfortable the handle is — stays cool even during long searing sessions. The five-layer build gives great heat distribution without hotspots.

Bought this 28 cm pan for searing steaks and it heats evenly across the whole surface. The five-ply construction feels solid but not too heavy—cleans up way easier than my old nonstick pans.

The handle feels secure and stays cool even after extended frying, though I wish it was a bit lighter to handle when tossing food. Heats evenly across the whole surface for consistent browning.
