Ruby G. ★★★★★

The thick walls of this 24cm sauteuse hold heat remarkably well, making it perfect for slow-braising vegetables without scorching. Cleanup is a breeze too, since nothing sticks to the smooth, uncoated surface.

Penelope U. ★★★★★

The 24 cm size is perfect for simmering sauces and sautéing vegetables without splashing everywhere, and the five-layer construction heats so evenly I haven't had a single hotspot. Cleanup is a breeze too, which is always a win in my kitchen.

Matthew H. ★★★★☆

The uncoated surface heats evenly and sears beautifully, though I wish the handle were a bit more ergonomic for longer stirring sessions. Still, clean-up is a breeze and it feels genuinely sturdy.
