CULINARY FIVEPLY 醬汁鍋無塗層 Ø 20 cm

I’ve been using this 20 cm sauteuse for a week now, and the even heat distribution is a game changer for sauces. The five-ply construction makes it feel solid without being too heavy to handle comfortably.

The 20 cm size is perfect for solo meals, and the five-ply construction heats evenly without any hot spots. Cleanup is a breeze since nothing sticks, even when I skip the oil.

I was skeptical about a 20 cm sauteuse being my daily workhorse, but the uncoated surface is perfect for a proper fond and the five-ply build heats evenly without hot spots. It's become my go-to for searing chicken and reducing pan sauces, cleanup is quick with a little hot water.
