CULINARY FIVEPLY 煎鍋無塗層 Ø 28 cm

I was worried an uncoated pan would stick, but frying eggs in this 28 cm one has been surprisingly easy once I let it heat up properly. It's heavy in a good way and the five-ply base holds heat steadily, no hot spots so far.

The heat distribution is so even that my omelettes come out perfect every time, no hot spots burning the edges. And since there's no coating, I don't worry about scratching it with metal utensils. It's heavy enough to feel solid but still easy to toss a stir-fry.

The pan heats up so evenly on my induction cooktop, and the uncoated surface sears meat better than any nonstick I've tried. Cleanup takes a bit of scrubbing, but the 28 cm size is perfect for our family dinners.
