Bought this 20 cm pan mainly for eggs and single portions, and it's become the one I reach for daily. The uncoated surface browns food nicely once you get the heat right, and cleanup is easier than I expected for stainless.

The five-ply base heats so evenly that my scrambled eggs don't stick at all, even with barely any butter. At 20 cm it's the perfect size for a single omelette, and cleanup is just a quick scrub since there's no coating to worry about.
