CULINARY FIVEPLY 不沾炒鍋 Ø 24 公分

The five-ply construction heats so evenly that I’ve stopped worrying about hot spots when searing. It’s heavy enough to feel solid, but not a pain to lift, and cleanup is just a quick wipe after it cools.

My old nonstick was flaking into the food, so switching to this bare steel pan feels like a relief. The 24 cm size is perfect for two portions, and I love that there's no coating to worry about warping or scratching over time.

Finally found an uncoated pan that doesn't stick like crazy — the five-ply build distributes heat perfectly, no hot spots. Managed to sear a steak with a crust that rivaled my cast iron, and cleanup was just a quick wipe.
