CULINARY FIVEPLY 不沾炒鍋 Ø 20 公分

The wide, flat cooking surface is perfect for searing meat without overcrowding. I’m impressed by how quickly it heats up on my induction stove, and the shallow sides make flipping eggs or vegetables a breeze. Feels like a piece of kitchen gear that’ll last for years.

The five-ply construction heats so evenly that I haven't had a single hot spot while sautéing vegetables. Cleanup is effortless even after searing meat, which makes weeknight cooking much more enjoyable. This pan feels like it will last for years with proper care.

I was a bit skeptical about the price, but the five-layer construction really distributes heat perfectly for searing chicken without any hot spots. The handle stays cool on the stove, which is a nice bonus.
