COLORI®+ Santoku knife grey

First cut through a ripe tomato and it barely dripped, that blade is razor-thin and precise. The handle feels balanced in my hand, so chopping a whole batch of onions was actually enjoyable.

The grey finish on this Santoku knife hides scratches better than my old stainless steel ones. The edge came razor-sharp out of the box and sliced through a butternut squash with zero effort. It’s a solid, no-nonsense knife that feels like it will last for years.

The grip feels well-balanced in my hand, and it sliced through a butternut squash with almost no effort. Clean-up was quick too, just a rinse under hot water.
