COLORI®+ 削皮刀套組 灰色 2件組

I balanced the knife in my hand and was surprised by how lightweight it feels despite the solid metal construction. The 2-piece set gives me a paring blade for peeling apples and a slightly larger one for trimming veggies, which covers most small tasks.

The grey coating on these knives looks sleek and seems to resist staining better than my old ones. They fit my hand perfectly for coring apples and deveining shrimp.

I’ve been using these two paring knives every day for a week and the ergonomic grip makes slicing tomatoes so much easier. They hold an edge well and feel perfectly balanced in my hand — a solid upgrade from my old set.
