Colori+ 經典削皮刀 綠色

The green handle is such a cheerful pop of color on my counter, and the blade is perfectly sized for coring strawberries without mangling them. It holds an edge well for its price point, making quick work of trimming fat off chicken thighs. I’ve been reaching for this knife every day since it arrive

I was skeptical about spending extra on a colorful knife, but this little green parer is actually super sharp for trimming strawberry tops. The blade holds its edge nicely through a whole week of meal prep.

The green handle is bright enough that I actually spot it in my utensil drawer now, and it’s got a nice heft for a small knife. It trims strawberries and does fine detail work without slipping, though I wish the blade were a touch longer for bigger fruit.
