COLORI®+ Chef's knife green

This knife cuts through squash and herbs like a dream, and the green handle has a nice, grippy texture that feels secure even when wet. I’ve had it for two weeks and it still feels perfectly sharp.

The blade is incredibly sharp right out of the box—sliced through a butternut squash with almost no effort. Only wish it came with a blade guard for safer drawer storage.

The green handle is a nice pop of color in my utensil drawer, and the blade holds its edge well for everyday prep. Only knock is it arrived a bit duller than I expected, but a quick honing fixed that.
