COLORI®+ Bread knife Alpine Meadow

Finally, a knife that cuts through a crusty boule without crushing it. The handle feels incredibly sturdy and gives me great control for even slices.

My sourdough loaf had been a challenge for other knives, but this one sliced through the crust and soft crumb with almost no pressure. The blade's weight feels perfectly balanced in my hand.

The serrated blade cut through my artisan sourdough without crushing a single crumb, which is a first for me. It’s lighter than my old knife, making slicing even a thick-crusted loaf feel effortless.
