CLASSIC Éplucheur droit gris

The grip on this peeler is surprisingly comfortable, even after peeling a whole bag of potatoes. It makes quick work of carrot skins too, and the blade stays sharp without any rust spots.

I’ve gone through three cheap peelers this year and this one finally feels solid in the hand, the grey coating gives a good grip even when my fingers are soapy. The blade glides through tomato skin without squashing the flesh, which is the real test for me. It’s a small thing but it makes prep work

This little peeler is surprisingly sharp right out of the box, and the straight blade makes quick work of potatoes and apples. The grip feels secure even with wet hands, which is a huge plus.
