BLACK STAR 煎鍋 鐵製 Ø 19 公分

The seasoning on this pan has built up beautifully over the last few weeks, and eggs slide right off it now. It’s surprisingly lightweight for cast iron, so I actually reach for it for quick weekday omelets rather than my heavier skillet.

This 19 cm pan is the perfect size for a single, perfectly-cooked egg and its cast iron heats up so evenly. I've used it a few times now and the handle stays nice and cool on the stove. Really solid construction for the price.

I got this pan specifically for crispy rösti, and the seasoned cast iron surface gives it that perfect golden crust without sticking. The 19 cm size is just right for a single serving, and the handle stays cool even when I’m flipping.
