John K. ★★★★★

I was a little worried about the weight at 36 cm, but it’s actually well-balanced and easy to handle. The iron surface heats evenly, giving me a perfect sear on my steaks every time.

Brian A. ★★★★★

The seasoning took to it beautifully after just two rounds in the oven, and the 36 cm surface handles a full family dinner without crowding. It’s heavier than my old pans, but the heat retention makes up for it.

Andrew ★★★★★

The 36 cm diameter is perfect for searing large portions without crowding the pan. Heats up evenly and feels solidly built. This iron pan is exactly what I needed for my cooking.
