BLACK STAR 煎鍋 鐵製 Ø 32 公分

The pan arrived with a satisfying heft that feels reassuringly solid in hand. I cooked a full batch of fried rice and nothing stuck, even without using much oil.

The iron heats up so evenly that my pancakes came out golden on every single one, and the 32 cm surface fits a full batch without crowding. Cleanup was just a quick wipe after letting it cool, which is way less fuss than I expected from cast iron.

The 32 cm size is perfect for cooking for the whole family at once, and the iron heats up so evenly that my stir-fry comes out perfect every time. It's heavy, but that's a good sign — feels like it will last for decades.
