This avocado knife cut through a tough-skinned butternut squash like butter, which I was not expecting from such a slim blade. The green handle stays grippy even when my hands are wet from washing dishes mid-prep.

Used it to slice a mango this morning and the blade cut clean through with almost no effort. The green color is actually quite nice in person, not as loud as I feared.

The green handle has a nice grip that doesn't slip even when wet, and it's surprisingly sharp—I've been using it for all my tough-skinned fruits. Slices through avocados perfectly without any struggle.
