酪梨刀 Colori

I love how the bright color makes it easy to spot in my drawer, and the blade really does glide through avocado flesh without any struggle. No more wrestling with a regular chef's knife for this job.

Finally a knife that actually splits an avocado cleanly without that messy slipping. The curved blade hooks right around the pit and makes slicing the flesh so much easier.

The colored blade is nice, but the small size feels a bit limiting for larger avocados. It cuts the fruit well, though the handle could offer a better grip.
