The non-stick coating on this 5-liter pan is seriously impressive—nothing stuck, even when I cooked onions first without oil. Feels sturdy and the 28 cm size gives plenty of room for a full meal without splashing. So much better than my old cheap pan.

The 28 cm diameter is perfect for cooking larger portions, and the non-stick coating actually works—nothing stuck to it during my first use. Cleanup was just a quick wipe with a sponge, which is exactly what I wanted from a pan this size.

I was a bit skeptical about the 28 cm diameter being too big, but it's actually perfect for family stir-fries. The weight is well-balanced and the handle stays cool, which makes flipping veggies easy. Only wish it came with a lid that fits more securely.
