The uncoated surface seared a steak beautifully and gave me that deep crust I'd been missing with non-stick pans. Cleanup needed a bit of scrubbing, but the heat distribution was perfect across the whole 28 cm surface.

This pan heats so evenly that my omelets come out perfect every single time, no hot spots at all. The 28 cm size is roomy enough for batch cooking, and the uncoated surface sears meat beautifully without sticking. I’ve used it nearly every day for two weeks and it still looks brand new.

The 28 cm diameter is a good size for family meals, but I find the uncoated surface requires a bit more oil than I’m used to to prevent sticking. It heats evenly enough, though I’ve noticed it takes a little longer to get hot compared to my old pan.
