ALLROUND 湯鍋 2.3 L · Ø 18 cm

I was a bit skeptical about the smaller diameter, but it heats up so evenly for sauces and grains. The lid fits perfectly tight, and cleanup is a breeze.

The lid fits snugly enough that I can shake the pot slightly while stirring, and it still cleans up fast. The 2.3 liter capacity handles a whole chicken with veggies without crowding, which is exactly the batch size I need for two nights of dinners.

This 2.3-liter size is perfect for making a decent batch of soup or stew for two people. The lid fits snugly and I love how the handles stay cool on the stove. Cleanup has been a breeze so far.
