CULINARY FIVEPLY Wok não revestido Ø 24 cm

Finally got my hands on a proper 24 cm wok, and the five-ply construction heats evenly across the whole surface without any hot spots. The uncoated steel is already developing a nice patina after just a few stir-fries.

Heating up evenly across the bottom is what sold me, and the five-ply build feels solid without being too heavy to toss vegetables around. It's a bit of a learning curve getting the seasoning right since there's no coating, but once it's there, eggs slide off fine and cleanup is just a quick rinse.

The handle stays surprisingly cool even after five minutes of high-heat stir-frying, which makes a huge difference. I just wish the surface area was a touch wider for tossing bigger portions, but it handles everyday cooking well.
