CULINARY FIVEPLY Frigideira sauté sem revestimento Ø 24 cm

The five-ply build gives this pan a heft that feels reassuring, and the uncoated surface sears meat beautifully without sticking once it's hot. I've used it daily for a month and the riveted handle stays cool enough to grab with a bare hand.

I was pleasantly surprised by how evenly this 24 cm pan heats across the entire cooking surface, even on my induction stove. Perfect for searing vegetables without any hot spots.

This uncoated pan is remarkably sturdy, I can feel the thick five-ply construction when I sear a steak. The even heat distribution across the 24 cm surface eliminated the hot spots my old pan always had. Clean up took a bit more elbow grease without a coating, but the cooking results were well worth
